I tried Googling the lyrics, and got the Olivia Newton-John song "If You Love Me (Let Me Know)" in the answers, and those may be the lyrics, but when I listened to it, it's definitely not the song. How twisted does this sound?

I'm writing a horror novel about a bunch of sickos, child molesters, mobsters, poachers, arsonists, and animal abusers getting a taste of their own medicine. First they are humiliated; then they get torture. One guy is a homophobic neo-Nazi/skinhead who murdered two gay men in cold blood. Before his torture, he is tied to a chair inside a room with a disco ball. A gay cowboy gives him a lap dance while playing "Macho Man" by The Village People. The child molesting priest has to wear nothing but an adult-sized diaper and suck on a pacifier while shaking a rattler in his hand and listening to "Rock A-Bye Baby." The tormentors make him walk around carrying a teddy bear in his other hand while pushing him around in a stroller. The dog fighter a special treat. He wears nothing but Scooby Doo underwear, a dog-eared baseball, and doggy paw slippers. The tormentors pull him around via leash making him roll over and play dead while feeding him dog biscuits. Then they make him get on his knees and eat Alpo from a dog dish. Another character is a woman. They make her wear a fat suit that weighs 300 lbs. Then they make her sprint across a treadmill while playing "Let's Get Physical" by Olivia Newton-John. They speed the treadmill up gradually while everyone else mocks and laughs at her. How twisted does this sound?
Oh! They get it much worse. That's just the beginning. The priest gets crucified upside down and tied to the cross with razor wire. The dogfighter gets torn to pieces by a pack of hungry pitbulls.

I love alphabets. I love picking a theme and trying to fill the entire alphabet.

So I got bored recently and did an a to z list of 80s, mostly, New Wave song titles plus one song that started with a number off the top of my head.

It was hard but I thought of too many songs I loved that I wanted to mention so I made two lists! I could've made three!

Then I thought I'd pose the challenge to the rest of ya'll just to see what songs you remember or know from that greatest decade of pop music. Let's celebrate the 80s try to list your favorite hits! So we can keep the music alive and help other search out the glory of synth-pop and the original scene bands know then as New Wave.

What is the name of this song?

I know all the questions I ask is about a song, but that's all I wanna know which CAN'T be simply googles that well. Anyways:

I remember hearing this one song every now and then in Sydney in the radio on the channel 101.7 WSFM, which plays only classics. It is by a female singer, in a pretty high voice. It is definetely either from the 70's, 80's or 90's. I do remember what it goes like, but I don't remember ANY lyrics, I would need to give you an audio track of me singing it, which I might, but I need to know where to post it. I do remember one part, however, which is after the chorus, which goes ooh ooh. oh oh. The ooh ooh is high, then the oh oh gets lower.

The voice sounded a bit like ABBA, or Olivia Newton-John, but I scrolled through most of their songs, and it didn't seem to be any of those. If you don't know which song I a mtalking about, at least give me some artist names that suit the description I gave you :D

Which "Grease" movie did u like most & why?

I know most of you are probably going to say Part one. I liked it too but I thought the actors were too old for HS students. Stockard Channing as Rizzo, come on! Olivia Newton John was almost 30 I think.

I guess I like the more rock-like music in Part 2. Plus I loved the motorcycles & the "Cool Rider" number. Also how Michael wins Stephanie's heart by learning to ride better than the T Birds & she realizes Michael is who she's wanted all along. I also liked how they brought back "Frenchy". She is so funny. Finally Maxwell Caulfield (Michael) is a hell of a lot hotter than John Travolta.
I loved the "Reproduction" & "Score Tonight" LOL
Grease 2 was not a remake it was a SEQUEL taking place two years later than part 1.

Songs for Mother's Day?

Other than Paul Simon's song "Mother and Child Reunion", are there any good songs that might encourage communication to bridge a gap between mother and child? My 17-yr old son has gone to live with his father in a fit of anger and won't speak to me anymore. Christmas without him was horrible, and now Mother's Day is a couple weeks away. I want to burn him a CD of songs that might touch soften his heart and reopen the door that he has slammed shut. I plan to use the Christian rock ballad "He's My Son," the Judd's song "Love Can Build a Bridge" and Olivia Newton-John's "A Mother's Christmas Wish." Can you think of any others?
Already tried that. He lets phonecalls go to voicemail and changed his email address. The woman screens his MySpace page contacts, and a snail mail card I sent was marked returned to sender. The CD will be delivered where he ALONE can sign for it. Whether he listens to it or not is up to him. He's a very sensitive perceptive Cancer child, and music has moved him to tears in the past. At least he'll know I cared enough to try...
