Hear, hear, Kenric. Everything you said, plus this: even if I couldn't understand the lyrics, I'd still love this song. It's (IMAO) a masterpiece of composition, arrangement, and production. Of course, having the vocals delivered by ONJ doesn't hurt either. Although I kind of understand why it wasn't, I'd have included it on the soundtrack album of "Xanadu."

I love the song Magic. It is my favorite song of all time! It is the best song I have heard that illicits hope, passion, love, and desire all into one song. It sure helps however to have Ms. John sing this song. She has always been my dream and I will always treasure this beautiful song.
